All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
Carriers -We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: UPS only
Order Tracking - If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information.
Free shipping over $50 anywhere in the U.S & over $100 anywhere in Canada
The rate charged for the shipping for your order anywhere outside the U.S and Canada is based on your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be.
Back Orders If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. Please call us for the information about shipping and handling for the second shipment.
Returns cannot be made on a sale item. All sale items are final/ exchanges only
You must e-mail us at Shop@dzhavael.com to request a refund or exchange. Anything sent to us with out confirmation will not be accepted.
- Merchandise must be returned within 14 days. ( From the day your package has arrived)
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered, or washed.
- Merchandise must have all tags attached.
- Please note original shipping charges are Not Refundable.

Before receiving your money back when returning an item, we have a policy of a 15% restocking fee. This 15% will be deducted from your refund.
If your clothing item has not been altered and the tag is still remaining on the garment, then you may exchange your clothing item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
